Experience the Maine Island Trail and other Maine island sites for nights camping on beautiful Penobscot Bay. These trips require sea kayaking experience on the ocean as we will be on our own to get to our destinations and return safely. Departure and arrival locations to be determined based on customer collaboration. These trips can be moderately strenuous to strenuous. Participates will have to pitch in shuttling gear both in kayaks, as well as well as on land. Leave No Trace requirements to camp on Maine Islands require a packing in/packing out all waste.
All kayaking and safety gear included. Included also are food and cooking gear. Sleeping pads, bags, and headlamps can be provided for rent as needed. Adventurers, please see the sea kayak overnight gear list for other gear requirements. Please let us know if there is a required item that you need to rent or borrow. Participants without required gear will not be allowed to participate and will not be refunded. Prices are person, two person minimum.
